Code of Conduct
CCA expects delegates to treat other delegates, venue staff and invited guests with respect and avoid adverse comment upon the character of any other person throughout the event period. Delegates may be asked to leave the event if the Code of Conduct is not adhered to. CCA members are reminded of the organisation's Code of Conduct.
Professional Development Contribution
This event provides CCA Members with the opportunity to claim up to 14 hours of upskilling hours towards CCA Professional or Young Professional Membership. Delegates may also be eligible to claim points towards Ag Institute Australia accreditation programs.
Registration
Registration fees for the Cropping Solutions Seminar are charged in Australian Dollars and includes all taxes. By completing and submitting your registration form you have confirmed your attendance at the conference and acknowledgement of the below terms and conditions.
Registration Cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events, please provide Iceberg Events with as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend the seminar. Cancellations on or before 29 May 2026 will be refunded less a $50 administration fee for seminar registration and a $20 administration fee for a dinner ticket. Cancellations after 29 May 2026 will not be entitled to a refund. All tickets can be transferred to another individual at any stage free of charge. The Cropping Solutions Seminar Organising Team is not liable for any travel and/or accommodation costs associated with cancellation of the conference or inability to attend due to government restrictions. Personal or company insurance policies should be referred to in these circumstances.
Cancellation
CCA will offer a full refund if the seminar is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated (and you can not or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event). CCA will give special consideration to any cancellation due to hardship or extenuation circumstances.
Photography
Photographic images may be taken during the event for promotional purposes, please advise the Organisers during the registration process if you do not provide permission for photographic images of yourself to be used by CCA.
Insurance
Insurance including medical cover and travel insurance, is the responsibility of the delegate. The Organising Committee and Seminar Organisers will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
Disclaimer
The program is correct at the time of printing. Due to the nature of an event with multiple speakers, there is the possibility that unforeseen situations may occur and the program on the day of the actual event may change.
Liability
The Organising Committee and/or Seminar Organisers shall not be held liable for personal accidents, losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
Privacy
Crop Consultants Australia and/or the Seminar Organisers (Iceberg Events) will use the information you provide on the registration form to be in touch with you and to provide updates and information related to the Conference. By registering, you agree that we may process your information in accordance to these terms. Email addresses and other personal information will not be sold, rented or leased to third parties. CCA may send you emails to inform you of future events, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions included in emails you receive. We will treat your information with respect.
